He is the Principal of Stjepan Radić Elementary School in Brestovac Orehovički. He graduated in 1995 from the Faculty of Organization and Informatics in Varaždin, and in 2001 from the Catechetical Institute in Zagreb. Three years later he became a mentor teacher, and in 2011 he acquired the title of University Specialist in Nonprofit Management and Social Advocacy.
As an elementary school principal, he deals with the implementation of ICT resources in all segments of school life and work, connecting all school stakeholders: students, teachers, technical staff, parents, and the local community. As a result of this process, the school joined the circle of European entrepreneurial schools. Today, the school generates half of its total revenue from projects and volunteering activities.
