Ivana Mažar Marušić graduated from the Department of Mathematics at the University of Osijek as a Teacher of Mathematics and Informatics. Since 2007, she has been working at Dragutin Tadijanović Elementary School in Vukovar as a mathematics teacher and was also the school project team leader of the e-School pilot project.
In the past few years, she has also taken on the role of technical support expert and MDM system administrator. She regularly participates in professional training programs, holds lectures, and participates in various projects that popularize mathematics and natural sciences among primary school students as well as kindergartens in the city of Vukovar. She is a member of the County Expert Committee for Mathematics Competitions.
