The Web has been accepted as a basic tool for development of on-line educational materials on the Internet. Basic content for distance education is provided through Web resources. How should these resources look like? How do we publish and maintain Web pages with educational content? Express your opinions and present your results! Evaluate the courseware tools you used! Are users satisfied with the actual Web Based Training? We would also like to revisit CUC '99 topics and examine what happened in the past year in the area of distance education.
