WEBFESTIVAL 2007

For the eighth successive year, the CARNet Users Conference was accompanied by Webfestival, a contest providing authors who publish contents on the Web with the chance to present and compare their work.

The theme of this year's contest was wiki, an easy to use collaborative Web editing tool, and the winners, according to the opinion of the jury, were two wikis which both stood out in their innovative use of wiki and shared the first place – UDK 02, the Croatian Network of School Librarians, and Substantia Grisea wiki, a database of texts and education materials intended for medical students, which also won the Users' Choice award.
