Education: 1976-82 Completes the first 6 grades of elementary school at the International School of Stockholm in Sweden
1982-84 Finishes elementary education in Zagreb, Croatia
1984-88 Completes his secondary education at the Classical Gymnasium in Zagreb with very good grades and enrols at the Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb
1989-93 Completes his lectures at the Department of English and General Linguistics at the Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb (graduation exams left)
1991-93 Finishes his complementary studies of Information Science at the Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb and also the 2-year study of the Swedish language

Spoken foreign languages: English and Swedish

Languages understood: Norwegian, Danish and a little bit of French and Hungarian

Professional experience: 1995-1997 Works in the International Department of the Ministry of Science and Technology in Zagreb, Croatia in the function of an advisor
1997-1998 Works in the Croatian Institute for Information and Culture at the positions of an advisor of media analysis and later on as the head of IT (Information Technology) -specialist
1998-present Working in the International Department of the University of Zagreb, as alumni co-ordinator (AMAC)

Writing experience: 1989-1993 Writes for the bulletin of Scandinavian Studies at the Faculty of Philosophy as author and translator
1991-1992 Writes for the first Croatian war newsletter “Gardist” where the first war diary was being published
1997 - present Writes for one of the largest Croatian PC magazines “PCchip” where he covers multimedia, Internet and mobile communications

1997–present Maintains several parts of the website of the, Alumni Office of the University of Zagreb


Professional skills: working in workgroups, promoting team work, communication in international environments, using foreign language skills and especially modern technology in his work (computers, Internet, e-mail, GSM, etc.), sharing his knowledge and skills with colleagues.

Other professional skills: A/B driving licence (12 years of driving experience), type-writing, hardware knowledge in repairing computer hardware equipment, using and configuring software operation systems and applications, like MS WIN 95/98/NT/2000, MS WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT, networking and HTML publishing/Web administering.

Author interests: Interactive relationship of IT technology with GSM usage, SMS functioning, mobile Internet activities, integrated devices that have computer characteristics, infrared cellular communication, mobile integrated information services, extended GSM network capabilities and linking to other IT related services (such as Internet provider services or flight booking via cell phones) and handheld computers.
