Zoran
Vrbanac,prof., Osnovna škola Davorina Trstenjaka,

He graduated at the Faculty of Science in
Zagreb, and attended the course of postgraduate studies in
computer science at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering
in Zagreb. He has taught physics and mathematics in secondary
schools and worked in RIZ Transmitters Factory EJ Informatika
as head of the Software Implementation Department mainly working
on implementation and development of applicative and servicing
software as well as lecturing at the RIZ Informatics Education
Center.
From 1994 he is in charge of the computer classroom and teaching
computer science at Elementary School “Davorin Trstenjak”
in Zagreb and from the 1997 he is acting as CARNEt system
engineer and coordinator for his school. From 2001 he is president
of the Computer Science Teachers Association of Zagreb.
Vanja Praznik,dipl.pedagog, Osnovna škola Davorina
Trstenjaka, Zagreb
Graduated at the Faculty of Philosophy in
Zagreb, she spent 18 years working as education counsellor
& supervisor and last ten years in Elementary School “Davorin
Trstenjak” in Zagreb. The school is a training &
practice center for Teachers Academy, Faculty of Philosophy
and Faculty of Science of Zagreb University. She is working
as coordinator for students lectures as part of the Training
Center. Her main points of interest are alternative pedagogies
and the applicability of certain particular approaches in
our specific teaching process.
