the RD3 experiment at CERN, Geneve. In 1999 he started, together
with his collegues, to build a scientific experiment for search
for heavy photons at the R.B. Institute in Zagreb. For purpose
of automated controll of the system, a WEB application was

and monitoring of processes. In 2001 he started a group for
building a pilot cluster computer at the R.B. Institutute.
Stipcevic is author and coauthor of numerous articles in the
field of electronics and particle physics and has contributed
