BY THE OFFICIAL JURY
In this year's
contest for the best Internet Community, Web Festival Jury was specifically
looking for: richness of member's communication and collaboration
on the Web site, up-to-date community generated content, usefulness
for the community members, and value of the contribution to the
broader audience. Visual design, usability and technical excellence
were also taken into account. It is our understanding that community
Web site should, above all, demonstrate intensive communication
and collaboration among members of the community. Guided by this
criteria, Web Festival Jury has not found any contestant that would
perfectly match our perception of the Web community. Consequently,
the Jury has decided to grant three equal awards.

Ninja Sanctuary Online is a fine example of an Internet community.
The design of this Web site is outstanding. The forums are well
maintained and used, with many useful posts. Forum posts and tutorials
make exceptional value for the community of Web designers.

SB OnLine is a rich community site, which is very informative for
its members as well as visitors of the Slavonski Brod region. Numerous
members are very active in the forums, and some of them publish
their own e-zines on this site. Site design is consistent with the
purpose of providing information to the local community.

This Web site is highly functional with regards to design, navigation
and its up-to-date content. Some forums depend strongly on the commitment
of their moderators; some of them reply very promptly, but unfortunately
some not. This site has a strong potential for future development,
and even better contribution for both healthcare community and general
audience.
