What does characterize the efficient user training system: modularity, interactivity, practicality, adaptability to real user's environment, state-of-the-art level and applicability of delivered knowledge, availability of training to all potential users in sense of appropriate time and place, continuity (permanency) of training process? How to achieve some or all of this characteristics?
