E-school for biology represents a tight connection pupil-teacher-scientist. It has a few important goals: to make easy gaining new biological knowledge, to stimulate a scientific way of thinking, to fill in gaps in educational process as well as to give a support and impulse to gifted pupils especially interested in biology. All goals are realised with the help of Internet, the universal instrument of communication. Electronic mail (E-mail) is a basic way of communication between schools and university. Web-pages contain a form for making questions from any biological discipline such as physiology, biochemistry, ecology, zoology, botany, morphology etc. E-mail, sent on the address of discussion list, is to be proceeded to all users. Mini projects or pupil's projects are the most specific activity of E-school, a part of extracurricular activities. It is possible to realise a work on specific biological problem due to initiative of subject teacher, scientist or pupil himself. E-school program for biology is carrying out by the Croatian biological society.
