He is the principal of Stjepan Radić Elementary School in Brestovec Orehovički. He graduated in 1995. from the Faculty of Organization and Informatics in Varaždin, and in 2001 from the Catechetical Institute in Zagreb. Three years later, he became a mentor teacher, then a teacher advisor, and in 2011, he obtained the title of University Specialist in Management of Non-Profit Organizations and Social Advocacy.
He is a certified Master Trainer of the British Council for professional development of principals, a mentor principal, and a recipient of the Teacher Hero award (BUG Future Show).
As the principal of an elementary school, he is engaged in the implementation of ICT resources in all aspects of school life and work, connecting all stakeholders of school life: students, teachers, technical staff, parents, and the local community. As a logical continuation of this process, the school has become part of the European Entrepreneurial Schools network, and it is in the process of transforming into the nucleus of future Smart Villages development.
More recently, he has been promoting a more effective implementation of ICT resources, including artificial intelligence, in education, utilizing the potential of the Regional Education Center (ROC), which was opened in Zagorje in 2023.
