Internet in Education: Chemical Changes During the Extrusion Process

Ivana Jelicic is an assistant in Laboratory for Analytical Chemistry at Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology in Zagreb. In 1997 she graduated at Faculty of Natural Science, study course – chemistry, and at the same faculty in 2001 she took a master science degree. Since 2001 she is a member of group for molecular modelling applied in analytical chemistry.

Antonela Nincevic,
Born: 1970-11-24 Education: Antonela Nincevic received her Dipl. ing. (1996) at Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology, University of Zagreb and M. Sc. (2002) degree at Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb. Today Antonela Nincevic is an junior assistent at the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, Laboratory for analytical chemistry at the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology, University of Zagreb. Her main research interests include: spectroscopy (NMR, IR), molecular modeling and molecular graphics.
