Peter Egger: Volkswagen Coaching Company
Peter
Egger is 43 years old; he has a master´s degree in economics,
education and social studies. Since 1993 he is project manager,
working for the HR-Research and Benchmarking Division of the
Volkswagen Coaching GmbH.
In
this capacity he has helped develop a benchmarking methodology
that has been applied very successfully within and without
the Volkswagen Group. He is currently in charge of projects,
developing guidelines for team work and he also trains benchmarking
teams.
By this
doing and by training and coaching employees on the shop-floor,
he gained a large experience in improvement processes. He
is reflecting his experiences on international conferences
to optimise his model "change from inside out".
