Paul MacEke, IBM

Paul MacEke is an e-Learning Consultant with IBM Learning Services. In his current position he is responsible for the IBM Mindspan's custom learning solution development across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Paul specializes in e-Learning and the integration of distributed and e-learning solutions within company training programs. He has special interest in the exploitation of leading edge technologies and the move towards the web as a corporate learning medium.

For the last 13 years, Paul has been working with IBM's education and training organization, during which time he has had many roles including curriculum owner, content developer, instructor and conference manager. Paul has 20 years experience with IBM, and is a regular speaker at conferences throughout Europe.
