The CARNet's Training the Trainers for end users system emerged from the growing necessity of permanent education for end users. Standard concept of lectures and workshops is not capable of dealing with a high number of users with different knowledge level and rapid development of modern information technologies. Therefore our goal is to recruit, train and support lecturers delegated from academic community to hold courses for Internet users in their own institutions. The system was created with idea to give the appropriate support for the lecturers, as well as to keep the contents of the courses up to date with latest technology. This means that our lecturers are not left on their own after finishing initial training. Rather, they are included in a dynamic learning system that continuously improves their background knowledge as well as the ability of holding courses successfully.
