Zlatan Soldo, B.S. in geodesy, graduated from the Geodetic faculty
of the University of Zagreb in 1983. After 8 years spent working
practically in geodesy he has been teaching Computer Science
and Land Computer Systems on the Technical School of Surveying
(Geodetska tehnička škola) in Zagreb since 1991.
His interests are geodesy in spatial computer systems and computer
science as school subjects. He is a member of the project team
in the project Restructuring and reprogramming of the geodetic
spatial system of the Republic of Croatia with technological
upgrading of its computer system. He was a member of the Working
group for linking schools on CARNet.
Since 1996 he has been a CARNet co-ordinator for the Technical
School of Surveying. In his school he is leading activities
linked to two international projects: GLOBE (http://www.globe.gov)
and This is Our Time (http://aspnet.org/time).
