Martina, President of CroAI and Head of Partnerships at Mindsmiths, is known for her ability to foster meaningful collaborations in the technology ecosystem. Under her leadership, CroAI launched the Heroes project, reaching over 50 schools, hiring 50 mentors and inspiring more than 2,500 students with positive stories from the Croatian technology sector.
She organized numerous meetups throughout Croatia with a clear goal – to educate the public about the new opportunities that come with artificial intelligence and to provide information about AI technology itself. These meetings not only served as forums for sharing knowledge but also as platforms for demystifying AI, making it accessible to a wider audience. In addition, Martina established specialized communities in Zagreb and encouraged cooperation with various stakeholders, which culminated in the creation of one of the most dynamic tech communities in Europe. This community attracts not only engineers, but also active participation from educators, artists, journalists, creatives and technology enthusiasts.
