Goran Škvarč is employed at CARNET as Deputy CEO for International Cooperation. In 19 years, he worked as a professional associate, manager of special programs and projects, manager of business communications and coordinator of international cooperation, assistant director for education support and deputy manager of the e-Schools project.
He has been participating in the CARNET Users Conference since 2004. and over time he went through all the jobs, from secretary of the conference, head of the organization, member of the Program Committee and four times president of the Program Committee. He participated in almost all communication projects of CARNET 15 years ago, and he led many of them.
