Azemina Vuković has been a director of BIHARNET and head of the Noel-Baker Center for Education since 2001. She received her M.Sc. in Physical chemistry in 1981 at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Sarajevo, and Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

She passed different types of education sessions: Strategic Management and Strategic Planning - Human Factors Oslo, at the University of Sarajevo and at the IFES Washington.
From last year she is a local expert for education hired by PRSP office of Bosnia and Herzegovina Council of Ministers.
