Zoran Paldi is the head of Department of Information Infrastructures of Science, Education and Sports at the Administration of Information Society of Ministry of Science, Education and Sports. He graduated at the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb and completed specialists training, respectively.

From 2001 till 2004 he was the head of Department of Informatization and Technical Works at the Human Resources Department of Ministry of Education and Sports. From 2005 to 2006 he was the head of Department of Information Infrastructure of Science with the Administration of Information Society of Ministry of Science, Education and Sports.
