B.Sc. in electrical engineering, Tomislav Dominković has obtained his managerial knowledge and skills through post-graduate program in business management at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing. His experience in giving seminars in information science was rounded with theoretical basis in didactics and methodics obtained through additional education in psychology and pedagogy at the Teaching Academy.

Based on his lecturing experience and technical knowledge and skills, especially with Microsoft technologies (he has MCP status since 2000), he has participated in creating numerous educational programs with main purpose of training and professional development, verified by Ministry of Science, Education and Sports.

Since 2002, he has been intensely involved in e-learning method, leading an e-learning technology development team and introducing e-learning education to corporate environment. He is currently the President of Board of Algebra Academy.
