How to organise and run audio/video conferences

Zvonimir Zelenika is finishing his B.Sc.E.E at department of Telecommunications of Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing in Zagreb (on topic of "Systems for multimedia production and distribution with metainformational models of multimedia content"). Since 1996. he is a student researcher in CARNet's Laboratory for Research and Development, working on development and application of ATM video-conferencing and hypermedia applications in CARNet network. Currently he's a project manager of Media on Demand project, development of multimedia server system and services for CARNet community. Also, he worked on several projects in new media technologies with TrioMedia Interactive, Zagreb based multimedia
factory. In 2000. he worked on the development and acceptance of future telecom services in British Telecom PLC. He's active in TERENA TF-STREAM videoconferencing/streaming task force and Darwin/QuickTime Streaming Server development.

Zlatko Jelacic holds B.Sc.E.E. degree and works on his Master degree at Department of Radiocommunications and Microwave Engineering on Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb.
After graduation, since 1999, he started to work for Croatian Academic and Research Network - CARNet, first in a Network Infrastructure department and now in CARNet's Laboratory for Research and Development, where he is a videoconferencing manager. He is maintaining room videoconferencing system and currently is working on development and deployment of H.323 videoconferencing in CARNet's presently ATM based room videoconferencing system.
