Ivana Pezelj received her B.Sc.E.E. degree in Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture, University of Split, Croatia. After graduation, Ivana started to work at Faculty of Chemical Technology as a system engineer for computer network and information system.
Since 1998, Ivana works for Croatian academic and research network - CARNet, first as a regional network center coordinator, and now as a research and development project manager.
Ivana published several scientific and technical papers and held seminars, lectures and workshops in the field of computer networks technology and services.

Albert Novak was born 1969 in Pula. He was graduated from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in December 1994. He is continuing postgraduate study on Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (course: Applied Computer Science). After graduate he worked at University Computer Center in Zagreb. He is working in CARNet Regional Network Center since 1996. From 1998, he is a member of "Training the Trainers" team and from 2001 led "VideoDesk" (CARNet desktop videoconference project).
