Peter Egger has been project manager with Volkswagen Coaching GmbH since 1993. He works for the HR-Research and Benchmarking Division where he has helped develop a benchmarking methodology that has been applied successfully within and without the Volkswagen group. He is currently in charge of several benchmarking projects and he also teaches benchmarking and trains benchmarking teams.

Guy Mollet holds a Ms.Sc. in Civil engineering. He started his career as an assistant Professor at the Ghent University in Belgium. After his military service, he worked for 10 years as a consultant for a French group in Paris and in Brussels. In 1978 he joined the Volkswagen Group as the Director of Personnel of VW-Brussels. From1989 until 1993 he was VP-HR of VW-North America (USA, Canada & Mexico). In 1993 he was transferred to the VW-headquarters in Germany where he created the VW-Group management development department. This department is responsible for the senior executives and for the high potential executives of the VW-Group. In 1995 he created and he was put in charge of a new department called HR-Research and Benchmarking. Currently he is retired and he works as an independent consultant.
