RICHARD PERLMAN

Richard Perlman is currently the director of Remote Access Software for Lucent Technologies. He is responsible for development and marketing of service provider and enterprise access management and accounting solutions for remote dial, DSL and mobile networks. Richard was previously a principle with the Berkeley Internet Group, providing consulting services to global service providers for remote access network services design. Prior to that he was with Pacific Bell for 20 years where he was a leader in internal Internet deployment and the development of the first large scale PT&T operated Internet service provider - Pacific Bell Internet services. Richard holds a BS in Psychology from Sonoma State University lives in Berkeley California with his family.
