Darko Gulija is currently working as IT manager of the Croatian News Agency HINA.
As HINA's delegate to the International Press Telecommunications Council he worked on several news exchange standards, including the last XML based one, called NewsML. He is a executive committee member of the HrOpen - Croatian Open Systems Users Forum as well.
His fields of interest include Web-based services, Java and XML, on which he taught several workshops and seminars in the last few years.
