Saida Deljac was born in Sibenik, on 22 th September 1967.
In 1991., she graduated from Zagreb, School of Electrical Engineering , a branch of Telecomunications and Computer Sciences.

She works as a teacher of Computer Sciences and Computer Sciences in civil engineering in the Technical School in Sibenik, and has created several educational programmes that she uses in teaching Computer Sciences: "Work with Keyboard", "Learning about Internet" and "Lerning by Web".
She is also interesed in studying the problems of Learning by Web and at the Carnet Users Conference - CUC 2000 she delivered a lecture on "New Possibilities Internet Offers in Education" which included the presentation of application programme "Learning by Web".
