Dr. Sanda Erdelez is an Associate Professor of Information Science at the School of Information Science and Learning Technologies, University of Missouri at Columbia, USA. She holds Ph.D from Syracuse University and LL.B. and LL.M. from the University of Osijek Law School.
Her research is focused on human information behavior in electronic information environments, while her teaching responsibilities include Online Information Retrieval, Business Information, Competitive Intelligence, and Legal Informatics.
Dr. Erdelez has received several awards for innovative uses of information technologies in teaching, including the prestigious 2001 Pratt-Severn Award for Faculty Innovation from the American Association for Library and Information Education.
