Vesna Plesa; Since 1995, I'm a M. Sc. in Information Sciences and work in CROATIA osiguranje d.d., the largest insurance company in Zagreb, Croatia. My master's thesis was titled "Success of IT in Croatian offices". I'm responsible for the organization and office automation area in the Insurance and Information Technology Department. Very often, as a teacher, I instructed end users - employees on the use of various Office applications. Also, I organized the planning and education of users for the various IT applications and systems. As an expert assistant, I was involved on the "Internet solution project", as the project leader. Together with my colleagues from the development team, we published the company's Web site. I published several articles for the various office automation magazines.
