            |  Peter Egger has been project manager 
                with Volkswagen Coaching GmbH since 1993. He works for the HR-Research 
                and Benchmarking Division where he has helped develop a benchmarking 
                methodology that has been applied successfully within and without 
                the Volkswagen group. He is currently in charge of several benchmarking 
                projects and he also teaches benchmarking and trains benchmarking
