Igor Hitrec, BSc has graduated in Faculty of Agriculture - plant protection and works at Faculty of Agriculture-Zagreb University as CARNet system engineer. He is consultant on FSSP project (WorldBank and Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry ) and working on tasks of developing information systems for Veterinary Institute, Agricultural Extension Service and Seed institute. Author of "Agroweb Croatia" under FAO SEUR project "Agroweb Central and Eastern Europe".
