Dragutin Kermek holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems and lectures at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Organization and Informatics in Varaľdin. His major interests are object-oriented technology, design patterns, software metrics, reusability and information technology. Dragutin Kermek has published papers concerning information systems and technology, object-oriented programming and metrics, databases on Internet etc. He has been the CARNet coordinator at the Faculty of Organization and Informatics since the beginning of 1996.
