Danijela Horvat, B.A., Psychology; currently she is working in a Croatian Academic and Research Network CARNet as a Human Resources Department leader. Her research interest lie in a filed of human-computer interaction. As a student of Faculty of philosophy in Zagreb she was a project leader of “Communication effectiveness and subjective aspects of Desktop Videoconferencing” project. Since working in CARNet she has been a project leader of “CARNet public web usability testing” internal project and a member of various project teams dealing with measuring different aspects of users satisfaction.
